The East Dover community is mourning the sudden passing of Sean Smida, a beloved member of the school family whose loss has left friends, loved ones, and neighbors heartbroken.
Sean’s passing has brought immense sadness, especially for his wife, Krystal, and their children, who are facing this unimaginable loss. The community has come together to offer condolences, prayers, and support as the family navigates this difficult time.
Sean had a deep connection to East Dover. He attended the school himself, and his family continued to be an important part of the community over the years. His daughter recently graduated from East Dover in June, while his son graduated several years earlier.
